What I created
multiBackup
Backups multiple versions of files and restore the version you want.
Ideal for savegames or add-ons folder, your self programmed scripts or documents you often change.
With optional error checking, if you have WindDiff.
Compresses using WinRAR and stores in one or two locations (latter for a true backup solution).
Is is a Windows batch script (150kB) and is designed for use as your Game-Launcher, so you won't forget to make you backups. Anyway, its optional.

Thief Mission
A Gamesys for THIEF2 which incorporated DromEd Deluxe 1 (DEDX), Yandros Doors, Burrick Riders & Carriable Torches and my Nest & Eggs (260k).
I tried to adopt the tools and items names in STRINGS folder for DEDX 1 and translate it to German, too (12k).
Note for German Missions: Use f.i. TextPad and open or save a file in DOS encoding (not ANSI which is default), if you want to preserve the special German letters for THIEF.
World of Warcraft Add-Ons
I'm planning to create an add-on to shoot panoramas easily. (Anyone interested or can help me?)
LUA programming language
Lua is a powerful, light-weight interpreted programming language for game or application mods. It supplements C/C++ for rapid development (you may use the enormous resources of C-libs). It has also a big potenial with modern structures like anonymous functions, co-routines and tables. I reccomend as IDE the Scintilla Text Edior (Bruce Dodson's installer) or you use an advanced editor like TextPad.
You may download a Lua syntax higlighting add-on for Text Pad from Andreas Rozek (Lua Defintion 5.0) - right mouse click  or from the TextPad Add-Ons Page.
